We manufacture aluminium rolling shutters using marine-grade aluminium alloys. The weight of these shutters is 40–50% lower than that of steel shutters. The lightweight rolling shutter design reduces motor load and improves operational life. We use 6063-T6 aluminium grade with powder coating for a superior finish and protection.
Our manufacturing includes extruded aluminium slats with interlocking profiles, corrosion-resistant hardware, weather-sealed bottom bars, and carefully selected fasteners. Every rolling shutter is tested for wind resistance (up to 120 km/h), salt spray exposure (500 hours), and thermal expansion tolerance to perform well in different climate conditions across India.
