We fabricate powder-coated rolling shutters for businesses or factories, warehouses, retail stores, and other industrial and commercial units that are tired of spending money on frequent repainting. Most painted shutters start rusting, peeling, and fading within 2–3 years, creating a poor appearance and higher maintenance costs. Our factory-finished powder coating eliminates this problem for the long term by creating a strong protective layer on the metal that keeps shutters strong, clean, and professional-looking for years.
Metal goes through chemical cleaning tanks, phosphate conversion baths, and multi-stage rinsing before entering our powder booth. Electrostatic guns spread the coating evenly across all surfaces. The coated shutter then passes through high-temperature ovens where the powder-coated rolling shutter finish melts and bonds tightly with the metal, forming a solid protective layer that resists rust, chipping, and fading.
